Ferry cross the Mersey

Yes – that’s the “famous” ferry cross the Mersey crossing behind us. Seriously, someone thought that was worthy of a whole song?

Liverpool to Isle of Man (ferry – down the Mersey …)

Ok – we made it to Liverpool by train, and had a couple hours to wait – yawn! Found an interesting all you can eat restaurant – literally queued round the block before opening time. Apparently that’s a sign of a good restaurant (thanks for that Vish) – but this one was an exception! All aboard – ready to sail off down the Mersey to the Isle of Man. Maybe call on Nigel Mansell for a cup of tea …
